Important: ERP Next Mobile App connects you to an ERPNext site selected by your organisation. Information entered, viewed, or managed in that workspace is controlled by the organisation operating it, not by Tranz Technologies.
Our privacy commitment
ERP Next Mobile App is provided by Tranz Global Tech LLP, doing business as Tranz Technologies ("Tranz Technologies", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains how the app handles information when you use it to access your organisation’s ERPNext workspace.
Information stored on your device
The app stores the ERPNext hosted URL that you enter on your device so it can reopen your selected workspace. This connection detail is used only for that purpose and is not sent to Tranz Technologies by the app.
Your ERPNext workspace data
After you connect, the app displays the ERPNext site selected by your organisation. Your sign-in credentials, account information, business records, documents, messages, and other workspace data are processed by the organisation that operates that ERPNext site and its ERPNext service provider. Their privacy policy, security settings, and agreements govern that data.
Information we do not collect
The current version of ERP Next Mobile App does not collect, sell, rent, or use the contents of your ERPNext workspace for advertising or profiling. It does not include Tranz Technologies analytics tracking or third-party advertising SDKs.
Device permissions and cookies
The app uses internet access to connect to the ERPNext URL you choose. It does not request access to your contacts, photos, location, microphone, camera, or device files unless a future feature clearly asks for that permission. Your ERPNext workspace may use cookies, session storage, or similar technologies to keep you signed in and operate its services; those are governed by the workspace operator’s practices.
Security
The app is designed to use secure connections where supported by the ERPNext site. Please choose a trusted ERPNext URL and protect access to your device. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. If you believe your ERPNext account has been compromised, contact your organisation’s ERPNext administrator promptly.
Your choices
You can change or remove the saved ERPNext URL at any time from the app’s settings. For requests to access, correct, delete, or obtain information about data in your ERPNext workspace, contact your organisation’s ERPNext administrator or service provider directly.
Children’s privacy
ERP Next Mobile App is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the app’s data practices or applicable requirements change. The current version and its effective date will always be published on this page.
