Our privacy commitment
Tranz Scanner is designed to scan documents on your device. We do not operate an account system, document cloud, or server that receives your scans. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Camera access
The app requests camera access only when you choose to scan a document. Camera images are used by the device’s document-scanning tools to detect edges, crop pages, and apply the enhancements you select.
Documents and scan data
PDFs and images created by Tranz Scanner are stored locally on your device in locations provided by the operating system. Tranz Technologies does not upload, read, analyse, or retain the contents of your scans. If you share, export, back up, or delete a scan, that action is controlled by you and may be subject to the privacy terms of the destination service or device platform.
Information we collect
The current version of Tranz Scanner does not collect names, email addresses, document contents, scan history, advertising identifiers, analytics events, or precise location data. The app does not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
Children’s privacy
Tranz Scanner is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the app’s data practices change. The current policy and its effective date will always be published on this page.
