About the role

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for IT services and software solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, content, and outbound campaigns.
  • Manage company and founder LinkedIn content and positioning.
  • Create website content, blogs, case studies, landing pages, and marketing materials.
  • Perform market, competitor, industry, and target-account research.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, Founders, and Product Heads.
  • Support sales with company profiles, pitch decks, case studies, proposals, and campaign assets.
  • Manage SEO, keyword research, website optimisation, and organic traffic growth.
  • Track campaign performance, leads, meetings, conversions, and marketing-generated pipeline.
  • Work closely with leadership, sales, design, and development teams to communicate technical capabilities effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B IT / SaaS / Software Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, lead generation, SEO, content, and email campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to understand technical services and convert them into business-focused marketing messages.
