Our development process

Clear steps.
Working software.

Ten stages from enquiry to support, with client access, feedback and a clear delivery schedule.

A transparent process, shared with you.

We use multiple tools to manage delivery, including our own ERP tools to track the entire development process. Clients receive access too, so progress stays visible.

Client access

Follow the project through our ERP tools, alongside the team delivering it.

Feedback at every stage

We collect and review your feedback throughout documentation, releases, testing and production.

Clear timeline

You receive a project timeline and schedule covering the planned stages and milestones.

Tracked progress

Our tools keep project activities, decisions and progress connected across the entire process.

Three managers assigned to your project.

Your project has a Dedicated Accounts Manager, a Delivery Head and a PMO Head, with clear responsibilities across communication, execution and project oversight.

Dedicated Accounts Manager

Your point of contact for the account relationship, commercial coordination and ongoing communication.

Delivery Head

Oversees delivery, coordinates execution and keeps the team aligned with the agreed scope and schedule.

PMO Head

Oversees project planning, progress tracking and coordination across milestones, dependencies and escalations.

Choose how we build and hand over.

We offer three delivery models. Together, we agree on responsibilities for operations, transfer and maintenance before the engagement begins.

Build → Operate → Transfer

We build the software, operate it for an agreed period, then transfer it to your team with a planned handover.

Build & Transfer

We build the software and transfer it to your team with the agreed documentation and handover.

Build & Maintain

We build the software and continue maintaining it under an agreed support and maintenance arrangement.

Before we start

How can we track the project?

You receive access to our ERP tools to follow the development process. We use these alongside other delivery tools to keep progress and project coordination transparent.

Will we receive a timeline and schedule?

Yes. We provide a project timeline and schedule covering the planned stages, releases and milestones. Any agreed changes are reflected in the delivery plan.

When can we provide feedback?

At every stage. From enquiry and proposal through engineering, testing, release and support, your feedback is recorded and reviewed with the team.

What happens after Build & Release?

That depends on your chosen model: Build → Operate → Transfer, Build & Transfer, or Build & Maintain. We agree on the operating period, handover or maintenance responsibilities as part of the engagement.

Let’s map your next release.
