About this policy
This policy applies to Numerology Calculator, the Android app with package name com.tranztechnologies.numerology. The App is provided by Tranz Global Tech LLP, doing business as Tranz Technologies and published on Google Play as Tranz Tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Names and readings stay on your device
The App uses the name you type to calculate Chaldean horizontal and pyramidal numbers, show letter-by-letter calculations, and display the associated number meanings. All calculations take place on your device. Names, letter values, results, and readings are not sent to Tranz Technologies or third parties by the App.
You do not need to create an account, sign in, or verify your identity. The App does not require a date of birth, email address, phone number, or other personal details to calculate a reading.
Advertising, analytics, and device data
The App does not display ads or include advertising, analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting services. It does not collect device identifiers, location, usage activity, or diagnostic reports. It does not request access to your contacts, messages, camera, microphone, photos, or other personal files for its calculator functions.
Storage and deletion
The App keeps the current name and calculated reading in temporary memory while you use it. It does not save a name history or store names and readings in a local database, cloud service, or Tranz Technologies server.
You can use “Clear name” or delete the text to remove the current input and reading from the screen. Ending the App’s process ends the temporary session; switching to another app may leave the session active. You can also clear the App’s storage in Android settings or uninstall it. We cannot retrieve names or readings from your device.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address and any name, message, screenshots, or other information you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your request, investigate issues, and maintain necessary support records. Please avoid including passwords or other sensitive information. Support correspondence is separate from the App’s on-device calculations.
How information is shared
We do not collect, sell, rent, or share names or readings through the App, and we do not use them for advertising or profiling.
Our email and support service providers may process correspondence on our behalf as needed to provide those services. We do not sell support information. We may disclose it where required by applicable law or where necessary to protect users, address misuse, or establish or defend legal claims.
Support records and retention
We keep support correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations, then delete it when it is no longer needed. Clearing or uninstalling the App does not delete emails you have sent us. To ask about deletion of support information, use the contact details below.
Security
Processing names and readings on your device limits information transmitted by the App. Please protect access to your device and keep its software up to date. We use reasonable safeguards for support correspondence, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Google Play, keyboards, and our website
Google Play, your device’s operating system, and your chosen keyboard operate under their own privacy policies and settings. Their handling of app downloads, text input, or other platform activity is separate from the App’s calculator functions.

Children’s privacy
The App does not collect personal information from users, including children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through support correspondence, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold in support correspondence, or to object to or restrict its processing. Contact us using the details below to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. These requests do not give us access to names or readings on your device.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its last-updated date if the App’s features or privacy practices change. If a future version introduces data collection, we will explain the new practices and provide any notice or consent required before that collection begins.
